Celebrated Ghanaian author, playwright, poet & author, Prof. Ama Ata Aidoo has died. The family has confirmed this in a statement.
She passed away in the early hours of this morning Wednesday 31st May 2023, after a short illness.
She regained popularity when her interview on imperialism and its attendant effect on Africa was featured on Burna Boy’s “MONSTERS YOU MADE” record.
